Responsibilities:

• Oversee food, labor, and hiring processes
• Train store and management staff
• Schedule and lead store meetings
• Act as point of contact for local store
• Respond to customer feedback in timely manner
• Uphold the store to company standards
• Cover shifts at the store as needed
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Open and/or close the store
• Manage food and labor costs
• Interview, onboard, and train new hires
• Help customers at the mac-line and cash register
• Make and prep our delicious product
• Perform other duties as needed
